Sigh

I'm feeling under the weather right now and very cranky. Lots of family stuff going on and no end in sight. I don't have energy for much.

At least we have regular internet back!

Here are two atrocious movies I'm dying to see next: Machete and Centurion, although I'll probably have to wait until they hit Netflix.

I'm trying to work out a happier!Jack fic but I'm having problems getting myself in the right frame of mind and coming up with a plot. I had one, but I decided it sucked, so I'm going to try again. I'm thinking I should have it done within a month though! In the meantime I'm writing a PWP.

I'm really irritated about the Georgia Republicans who keep trying to repeal the 14th Amendment.  Those fuckheads are just dying to go back to plantation days.  And that's not hyperbole on my part: it's quite supportable. Unfortunately they're all in safe seats. I need to get my act together and do some campaign work for Roy Barnes for governor... he's got a chance to win, and the alternative is so depressing. I can't go out and knock on doors right now but I could do some phone banking.
